Concierge pediatrics in Orlando

Exceptional pediatric care, delivered where your child feels most comfortable.

As a board-certified pediatrician and neonatologist, Dr. Aaron Weiss began Premier Concierge Pediatrics with a singular goal — to provide exceptional healthcare to children across Central Florida. Our concierge model allows for truly customized care built on long-term relationships, accessible healthcare, and the time it takes to do this right.

The question parents arrive with

“Am I doing right by my child?”

Most pediatric appointments are seven minutes. The waiting room is full. By the time you sit down, you’re rushing through the questions you came to ask.

Symptoms turn up at 9pm. The line forwards to a triage nurse who’s never met your child. The default is "go to urgent care."

What this practice is

Concierge pediatrics, in plain English.

Most pediatricians see thirty to forty children a day — not enough time to remember a child’s name, much less their history. So when symptoms appear at 9pm, the default is urgent care. We solve the math by intentionally limiting our practice. The result is a relationship, not a transaction.

01

A limited patient base.

When a pediatric practice serves two thousand children, it serves none of them well. We keep ours intentionally small — just a handful of visits each day — so we have the time to know each child as a person, not a chart number.

02

Increased access to your care team.

Reach us directly when you need to — through the patient portal, by phone, or by submitting a sick visit request. No phone tree, no anonymous triage nurse. The point is to make sure the person responding actually knows your child.

03

In-home, virtual, and unhurried well-child care.

Most visits happen in your home or by video — whichever fits the moment. Well-child visits get a full, unhurried hour with an innovative focus on what matters at each stage of your child’s development.

Meet our providers

A board-certified pediatrician and neonatologist — and a dad.

Dr. Aaron Weiss studied at the University of Miami and completed his pediatric residency and neonatology fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. He cared for some of the most medically complex newborns in the NICU before opening a practice small enough to know each family and their needs.

He’s also a father, and his own kids remind him daily that no amount of training fully prepares you for parenthood.

A Family Nurse Practitioner with seven years in pediatric intensive care.

Aubrey Saboor, FNP spent seven years caring for children and their families through some of their toughest moments in the pediatric intensive care unit. That experience shaped her into a compassionate provider and advocate — with the conviction that kids are not just small adults, but unique individuals who need personalized, practical care.

She and her husband are raising their son and daughter in Orlando, and she’s proud to serve the pediatric community in her home.

Who this is for

A practice for a particular kind of family.

Expecting parents who want to choose a pediatrician before the baby arrives — and want one with NICU experience on speed dial just in case. Healthy families who want unhurried well-child care that grows with their children. And families navigating chronic or complex conditions who need someone to quarterback the whole care team.

Most of our families live across Winter Park, Windermere, Lake Nona, Baldwin Park, College Park, Dr. Phillips, and Maitland — busy households where seven minutes with a pediatrician was never going to cut it. If that sounds like you, you’ll feel at home here.

Membership is by application

Your child’s care team — close by, for years.

Our practice has a limited patient base. When we’re full, new families join a waitlist. If a Meet & Greet sounds right, sooner is better than later.
