Dr. Weiss was initially drawn to Neonatology because he saw the field as a way to make meaningful and lasting impacts on children’s lives. His experience in the NICU follow-up clinic showed that even babies born with severe diagnoses could be healed and ultimately become thriving children with friends, hobbies, and endless possibilities.
